If you wish to request a loan from a financial institution with this guarantee, it is very important to bear in mind that you are NOT obliged to take out any insurance in order to access these loans. If the financial institution imposed it on you, contrary to Article 192.2.j of Royal Decree-Law 3/2020 of 4 November, which prohibits the direct or indirect imposition of entering into an insurance contract, please inform us immediately.
To do so, you can send us the circumstances of what happened so that we can bring it to the attention of the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds. We have an enabled channel for this purpose and would not need to send the data of the affected company or self-employed worker, for greater security and confidentiality regarding your data.
